Hotel Policies

To ensure a comfortable, relaxed, and well-organized environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review the following guidelines.

 

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: after 3:00 PM

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge.

 

Payment & Reservations

Full payment is required in advance, either by card or in cash.

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

 

Access

The complex is a gated property with controlled access, designed with a focus on the comfort, safety, and well-being of guests and their children.

Access is permitted exclusively to registered guests.

The presence of non-registered visitors on the hotel premises is not allowed.

 

Keys & Access Cards

Room keys, electricity control cards, and access cards for the main entrances of the complex must be returned to reception upon departure.

In case of loss or damage, guests are financially responsible.

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or indoor areas.

Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

 

Pets

Pets up to 15 kg are allowed with prior confirmation and an additional charge.

 

Damages & Liability

Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

 

Food & Beverages

In accordance with food safety regulations and applicable public health requirements, food may not be taken out of the main restaurant, nor brought into guest rooms from any of the outlets within the hotel premises.

 

Pool & Safety

To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, the pool area and surrounding spaces are maintained and disinfected on a daily basis in accordance with public health requirements.

For this reason, the use of the pool, sunbeds, and umbrellas outside designated operating hours is not permitted.

Glass bottles and glassware are not allowed in the pool area.

Reserving sunbeds with towels or personal belongings is not permitted; unattended items may be removed by staff.

 

Additional Terms

Check-in is after 3:00 PM; however, upon arrival, guests begin their stay with lunch and conclude it with breakfast on the day of departure, with wristbands being removed at 11:00 AM upon check-out.

The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the All Inclusive program without prior notice.
